Our archaeological dig at Fairhead in Ballycastle

On Tuesday 20th October Primary 5, 6 & 7, along with pupils from Carnlough Controlled Integrated Primary School, went to Fairhead in Ballycastle to take part in an archaeological dig and to visit an old fort. We had lots of fun learning about the first farmers, food and forts! We found some interesting artefacts in our dig and got to look at other artefacts, found in other digs, that were thousands of years old.
